Jovanka is an amazing real estate agent. Smart - knows the market, knows what makes a difference in a sale, available for advice, contractor recommendations, tours and more. She is patient, kind, funny and did I mention smart. In the space of a few months she helped me sell my house in Hyde Park and buy a new one in the area. We however looked more widely than Hyde Park especially in the South Loop and she knew both areas so well.
