Moving can be a stressful and emotional process, especially if you have lived in your home for a significant amount of time like my recent home seller client in the Gold Coast. Items collected by Honest Junk are donated to The Chicago Furniture Bank and other non-profit organizations. Then I scheduled my go-to cleaners to deep-clean and make everything shine before photo day.
While we were preparing the home for sale we used the Compass Three Phased Marketing Strategy to launch this listing. We began with our Phase 1 Compass Private Exclusive pre-marketing to test the listing price and gauge interest in the home. Then moved to Phase 2 Coming Soon marketing to announce the new listing to local agents and collect more data and metrics on interest in the home including the Compass Reverse Prospecting and Buyer Demand Tools. Once all photography, video, floor plans and marketing materials were ready, we were ready to launch the listing to the public with our Phase 3 MLS listing, Digital Ads and Social Media campaign.
